It just does not come near the others even the 9th well actually 10th and 11th which was also 12th (greedy Tennant) and Smith as 13th. Capaldi is not done well for new fans which is like 45% of people now, so I would say instead of making new fans work it out for themselves why not watch the old Doctor Who. The originals that started a lot of these stories also finished them so we didn’t have to retell them poorly and quickly. For example the Cybermen (my favourite monster) were discovered at the end of Hartnell’s (the very first Doctor) career. They were a twin race of humans further developed from a planet called Mondas that was once a twin planet to Earth. They lived on a world surviving on technology before they went into crisis with their planet slowly destroying itself through a lack of energy forcing them to return to our planet. They wanted to turn us into them and take our planet’s energy for their own to survival only to find that the power of our earth is too powerful and implodes theirs into rocks in space. This wiped out their original home plus almost all of their population. That episode also concluded Hartnell’s career as the Doctor which led the Cybermen story to be more developed by Troughton (the second Doctor). This included some of the best episodes like Moon Base in which a small band of remaining Cybermen try to attack a Moon base slowly to try and get in contact with any surviving Cybermen; Invasion which was a fully reborn army of the Cybermen ready to take over the world by first taking out London by hiding all the soldiers in the sewers and of course Tomb of the Cybermen (my favourite) a story of explorers trying to find on Telos the last remains of the Cybermen stored in an arctic chamber. They try to reason with the Cybermen to use them only to find that the Cybermen want to take them all as test subjects to rebuild the cyber race by converting them. They were out witted by the Doctor and refrozen into hibernation never to be awoken again.
